How to Stay on Top of Your Fitness Goals Throughout the Day

Hey dolls!

Okay obviously this is the month for health/fitness. I think it’s perfect timing because spring break is approaching, my birthday is coming and I mean it’s always a good time to get your body together 🙂

Here is a daily schedule that I follow to keep my fitness goals lined up.


 


6 a.m. —  Wake up, thank the Lord for another day. Drink a bit of water. Begin morning workout.

Tip: Plan your exercises and pick out your clothes (& shoes) the night before.

7 a.m. — Stretch. Relax. Drink tea. Shower.

8:30 a.m. — Once I arrive at work I immediately fill my water bottle. Next I sit down to eat breakfast –                             usually fruit, boiled eggs & a breakfast bar.

                        Tip: The goal is to drink 64 ounces a day. It’s much easier to drink in the am for me. I also like to use a bottle with a straw.

10:30 a.m. — Snack time! I eat a small snack to combat the hunger. Usually a small piece of fruit with                               my water.

12:30 p.m. — Lunch Time! I always prepare my meals, so it’s a healthy choice. If it’s nice out I will take                             a walk around the school. 

2 p.m. —  Get up & get moving! Short walk or set of stairs.

 

5:30 p.m. — Dinner!

6:30 p.m. – If for some reason I missed my morning workout I get it in here!

8:30 p.m. — Yoga or stretches before shower & bedtime. zzzZZzzZZZ
